At 2nd STREET USA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every unique find; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original sold condition with all 2nd STREET security tags and price tags still attached to the garment.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via the online portal to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
